      Great dynamic team with an attitude of getting the job done. The company has reinvigorated itself with many successful new strategies to ensure its future growth

      They need to ensure the best staff remain and offer competitive salaries on an ongoing basis. The workplace culture has improved over the years

      Thanks for your input, you've picked up on a shared experience of many large multinational companies. In a firm of 18,000 people here in EMEA, it's true that things do sometimes move more slowly than we’d all like. You should be aware that there are a number of major transformation projects (at least 4 that I can think of) which are all about the way Canon EMEA empowers employees to do business in a bolder, more proactive and streamlined fashion. The results are not always obvious but there’s a very clear ambition to get better at communicating them.

      Pros

      fantastic camera technology company; people at company are friendly and collaborative; grew fast in the past five years and got a lot of chances to switch between different roles.

      Cons

      organization is too stable, turnover rate is too low and none of colleagues in my departments left over last three years. Wages is lower than industry average.
