      The work environment is casual, relaxed, easy to get vacations without minding colleagues and the project schedule. Colleagues are clever.

      Cons

      Managers isn't cool and don't say anything to their upper managers with strong top-down.

      Dead-end Job With Lots of PTO

      Pros

      The company as whole is not that bad. It all depends who your manager and vp is as they can make your department a great place and nightmare to work at the same time.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at its finest. Unless you work in sales there is no room to grow in the Chicagoland locations. The pay is on the low side. Japanese company, Japanese mentality.
