Pros

When the company is doing good, employees all get quite fat bonuses. Perks and benefits like EPF, medical are also good.

Cons

Messy and bias top management. Bad bosses hiring even worse qualified staffs. Full with a** kissers. Inexperienced managers, guiding a bunch of blind executives. Everyone has got their own personal agenda, unwilling to take responsibilities.

Friendly and fun environment with little or no politics, which is rare for a big MNC, humble bosses and cooperative co-workers. Company cares for the employees well being, both mental and physical. Have weekly "no OT day" to encourage work life balance. Many company events to encourage bonding

Cons

salary is not very competitive as compared to competitors although other fridge benefits are very good. Benefits can be in kind eg company products etc Little things are offered to delight the staff on Canon Delight Days
