      Good engineers. Management has no trust in them.

      Many smart people work here. It's a good place to develop skills. There are chances to travel to Japan.

      Cons

      Employees are not trusted. There are policies restricting their access to basic utilities like the internet or even having camera phones or bringing their bag into the office. Turnover is high.
