Pros

1. Most employees working here are fun to work and communicate with 2. Working culture is generally good 3. Staff benefits is also very good compare to other companies (EPF Employer contribution is 16%)

Cons

1. Some division heads have tunnel vision and a traditionalist. Not open for ideas nor encourage creativity. 2. Marketing initiative is either non-existent or slow. Still pushing box selling instead of solution selling approach. 3. Pre & Post Sales support had generally very weak in terms of knowledge and skill sets. Did not keep up to the latest IT technology and trend. 4. HR had no clue on career development for employees and they expect the employees to come out with a development plan itself! HR personnel not friendly nor approachable.

Pros

- Helpful peers - Good & prompt service engineers hence current clients appreciate this

Cons

- Too much bureaucracy, redtape - Management has lost touch of market needs to penetrate into new accounts. Assumes that sales staff are "do-it-alls" without providing proper tools to attack the market - No marketing activities done to excite and entice market. Relying very much solely on brand name. Due to this other competitors have taken over recently. - No clear career guidance. Only when one tenders resignation that Management - Often have issues with providing stock & spare parts. Very detrimental as clients often need proper deadlines to continue operations - Efforts are not appreciated. - Too much paperwork as systems are not streamlined. Management needs to review its processes
