Pros

I have limited Linux knowledge, but the company still would like to give me the opportunity to work here. Canonical really engage employees to keep making self-improvement. Co-workers are quite nice.

Cons

Many may say something bad about how the CEO acts, but actually I do not know if it is true.

work life balance coworkers are great

too much stress outdated use of systems/processes not very good management (3-4 different managers in 1.5 year) benefits meh practically non existent 401k plan
