Best work life balance, fully remote, friendly people

Pros

Very flexible work, friendly people and veryyy good pay. Fully remote with minimum two times a year trip to somewhere in the world. They're called "sprints" whose duration is around 2 weeks. Good personal training and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Fully work from home means less in person interaction with the team. But the sprints help.

Canonical is certainly a place that values innovation and it is refreshing to see so many people involved in projects outside their day job that help drive not only Canonical forward but our industry as a whole. It is an immensely rewarding place to be if you are truly passionate about open source.
