The global diversity, and the company's commitment to this diversity, is mindblowing. The skill level of the people you work with is definitely above average. This is a work from home company, with no or little requirement to travel onsite (for my position at least), with a few get togothers every year in interesting places. At Canonical you're working with advanced open-source tech, and if that's what you're after, you're really in the center of it.
