After over 10 years in existence, it's still not profitable, and the founder is so desperate to succeed that he rules with an iron fist and micromanages every aspect of the business. At company meetings, he has each team march into his Principal's Office to explain themselves, while he rips people apart for not knowing obscure facts.

The company still has no solid plan for making money. Management seems more and more detached from reality. Middle managers are often the favourites of high-level management, but lack the requisite management skills, leading to low workforce morale and political infighting. What was once a startup with great energy and enthusiasm is becoming slowly more corporate, and l thus less enjoyable to be a part of.
