Pros

Good place to be right now: Great technologies and always at the forefront of innovation. Surrounding by talented colleagues. World class customer services loved by customers. Work from home policies allows good work / family balance and supportive management. Equity or stock options being implemented. Pays well and certainly up there with the top employers. Good benefits like Pension plans and private health care at least in the UK.

Cons

The founder is very passionate about customer services, innovation and technology and expects a lot from employees which can feel uncomfortable at times.
