Pros

Open source, Linux and *some* incredible people.

Cons

Sadly the company culture is awful. Mark doesn't trust his team, and this creates ripples through the whole company. Mark will be directly involved in countless product decisions, couple this with company-wide not-invented-here syndrome and you have a recipe for disaster. Middle managers are largely incompetent, you will meet some incredible people during the hiring process but don't be fooled into thinking you'll get to work with them. My advice, stay away.
