- Flexible work culture - Remote - Strong tech background

Cons

- Horrible review system - Very manipulative environment - male dominated - "Every man for himself" - Fire you very quickly - associates get 1 year before they cull them if they don't get promoted. You have to be top 10% to be promoted.

No vision Micromanagement ..ceo is into everything . hr, recruitment. even graduate hiring is controlled by ceo. HR, VP , Directors are all powerless and are cant move their fingure without ceo approval Keep debating things for ages without little outcomes except ubuntu other products are junk
