The company is corporate so the top down structure when it comes to listening to and valuing the staff is horrible.

They have great discounts for employees

Cons

No break, low pay, aggressive/threatening clientele that management does nothing about, no cooling in the summer for hosts who work upstairs, employees drink on the job, not allowed to order food unless the chef and management approve it.
