We never had an employee in the Business Development Manager role for less than 1 year in our McLean office. We reported this review and find it offensive. We provide training to identify and address any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying in the workplace, and we firmly believe CapCenter and all of its team members have a duty to provide all individuals with an environment free from such conduct.

Pros

- Lots of young coworkers - OT eligible, at least when I was there - Good mission

Cons

Most if not all positive reviews are written by management. I was on edge every day I went to work, and even at home I usually had nightmares. Definitely a hostile and fairly unpredictable work environment. Work-life balance was nonexistent when rates were low. I knew what I was getting into from the disorganized interviews and onboarding but it just kept getting worse. Few opportunities to move up. If you respect yourself I'd pay attention to the other bad reviews, I agree with all of them.

Pros

young people work there but that's the only benefit. Maybe a rude awakening to the working corporate world.

Cons

corporate without the ability to move up. Nepotism.
