Executive Management gives employees room to define the scope of their jobs based on their strengths and desires. The workplace has an entrepreneurial environment which makes every day exciting. CapCenter is also a very professional Company, so if you work hard and avoid drama you will be successful and happy here. The Company provides tremendous benefits to consumers, so you feel good about what you are doing for people.

Cons

It is a fairly small company, so one negative employee can have an adverse impact on culture and morale.

Cons

COO was terrible and unqualified to lead. Nepotism at its finest. Micromanaged a lot of work, and was a complete pain to deal with. Hiring and firing practices are also very bad.
