      At CapTech, we care about our people, and it drives everything we do. Thank you for noting how valued everyone is here. Time on the bench is a part of consulting work, however, we strive to make it an enriching time that allows our people to learn new skills, get involved in internal work (DIB, ERGs, Community Impact), and also have a breather from challenging client work. -Katy Apostolides, Managing Director - HR

      - Competitive benefits and salary - Flexibility with remote work - Supportive culture

      Cons

      Unsure of this for now, but the bench has been getting a little backed up; could benefit from acquiring more projects and/or providing more guidance on certifications.
