Thank you for taking the time to post your review, and for being part of the CapTech team. CapTech promotes a positive work-life balance and career growth experience. That said, I could see how the experience in under a year could bring you to a different conclusion, especially depending upon the client work to which you were assigned. Occasionally, consultants need to go above and beyond to meet their client’s needs. In addition, promotions typically take place after 2-to-3 years in a role.
