.) It feels like it's really hard to navigate your career at CapTech. CapTech will put you into projects that do not align with your career interest and goals. I have also seen some of my colleagues get stuck on the bench for months on end and start to stagnate and not learn anything new.
.) The client list and projects available is very very abysmal. There is not a lot of clients to choose from (it's not like you have a choice to choose where you end up anyways).
.) Coaching culture is great for some, but a bust for many. Coaches really can make or break your experience at CapTech, and not all coaches are created equal. If you're stuck with a unenthusiastic/hands-off coach, you can really feel isolated and not set up for a great bonus or raise for the next year.
.) The work is unchallenging, and really depends on your project. However from talking to most of my old colleagues, a lot of them do agree with my statement and think the work/workload is way too easy.
.) The marketing team does a great job of making CapTech look sexy and cutting edge, but in reality it's just another firm where they're trying to win work and bill hours for the bottom line of making more money for the firm.
.) I've seen a lot of wasted potential land bad projects, or never get staffed at all.
