Pros

The coaching and mentoring is a great part of the company. it's built into the framework. however, if you end up with an unmotivated coach, things can go sideways pretty quickly

Cons

the company always seems to be cutting budgets and laying off people that are "too long" on the bench. Too long has no concrete definition but after 2+ months you could be on the chopping block. they will hire new grads at higher rates than those that have been in the position for 2 years and will not give raises. Bonuses are "per account" and usually non existant unless you are a principal consultant or above and involved in sales. Recognition is minimal. associates do most of the slide building and get paid the least. company is not focused on diversity and inclusion the pay structure is top heavy, lots of upper management gets slices off the top of deals they make and then it trickles down towards the rest. this leaves next to nothing for company initiatives and events.
