      Pros

      very entreprenueral but like all consulting companies you need to have power of negociation if so you'll do good they help you in your studies and have nice perks

      Cons

      most roles are long term and kind of not really projects if your in the consulting world bench time is undefined sometimes coach is not realiable

      Full of ex Accenture clique, if you want to progress you'll need to be a professional boot licker. The work they have is boring, no interesting projects and no specialist SME work (but they wont tell you that before you join). The company is growing so fast they need people in the door, and the quality of people drops as a result. They do a great job selling Capco as some innovative company and the family culture - its all a myth, the quality of training and the type of contracts won is completely amateurish. Save yourself the trouble and don't join (unless you're a grad or part of the ex Accenture club). Awful salary

      This company is innovative, they stay on top of cutting edge technology, and if you have the drive to be successful you will be just that. Capco shares its wealth accordingly as it experiences continued growth within multiple sectors and is open to new ideas and ways of doing business from its employees. If you are a solutions based individual you will have a voice here that is for sure. Capco makes sure its employees stay engaged which is cool. The general consensus of its employees are all smiles and support for those new on board. Really, sky is the limit here! *Best mid size company 2013, well on its way for the same title 2014.

      The pro's far outweigh the cons...here is a suggestion > we should get a stress relief room like that of Google for those long days.
