Pros

Capco is a growing company and it is still trying to figure out its place in the world. I came from Accenture, a firm with a lot of great people who are hindered by a mismanaged corporate giant. Capco has a lot of the same people that you work with at Accenture doing a lot of the same projects. The difference is that Capco offers an opportunity to grow and innovate. It does not hinder creativity like a larger firm, but embraces it.

Cons

Since it is growing so quickly, they have been in a hiring frenzy - there definitely isn't a consistent standard of employee across the entire firm. However, just like any company, the trick is to find your niche with good people - and you will definitely find success.

Cons

- booking expenses on the current expense platform can be a pain
