      Pros

      Working at CAPCO has been great! I am currently working on high visibility , interesting projects with tons of responsibility. So far, my projects I have worked on have been extremely interesting and those that will advance my career. The office is absolutely beautiful and state of the art. -- feels very comfortable!

      CAPCO only deals with Financial Services

      Pros

      Good transport facilities. I do not see any other pros as the work is not competitive and you have to give in minimum 9 hours at office even though there is nothing much to do.

      Cons

      Lot of politics in management. Salary not competitive to position/role offered. Non-competitive projects if you come from a good service based organisation. No pipeline. Apart from no dress code and fruit-a-day offered for free, strict and non-flexible policies.

      Pros

      High performing business with massive growth and ambition. Whilst roles can be Cap Market centric, if it's your thing, then the current growth in these areas is great Interesting ethos and strong community culture which does give it a great feel Very competitive salaries with a twice year review for promotion lots of opportunities for career progression Your career is very much up to you - pro and con for this depending on how you prefer your career to be managed

      Cons

      Can feel cliquey but that is often more perception than reality Roles can suffer from lack of variety especially within Cap Markets Rapid expansion runs a risk of diluting the ethos and character of the company
