Thank you for your review, it’s great to hear that you enjoyed our Capco culture. We are indeed experiencing some growth and leadership changes. We’ve recently realigned the structure of our organization to remain at the forefront of financial services consulting and deliver to our clients. Additionally, we are revamping our performance management process for a 2017 roll-out. The new, and robust, structure will be both quantifiable and metrics driven allowing for a more transparent, and effective, review process.
