Pros

Ease of access to top management, as the lowest ranked employees we were able to pitch ideas and proposals to multiple partners and get feedback. Digital domain aligns with my personal career goals.

Cons

If you don't understand how human relationship work, then you won't be successful here. (More of a fact than con) Most roles are client facing, thus demand knowledge and people skills. Lack of a bench, difficult to rotate to another role at times.

Pros

Love working at Capco. Everyone that I have met have been great. From the day I got a call to come in for an interview to the day I got an offer was only 1 week! The HR team moves quick and they were very helpful with on-boarding.

Cons

The location is great, but not if you live in Connecticut like I do. Wish the office was in Midtown :(
