Business Outlook

Pros

Enjoyed working for a small European-style company, yet on projects for some of the largest IBs in the world. At the time, management knew how to support and encourage talent to grow.

Cons

After "acquisition" of Bearing Point staff, the company changed drastically. The big four accounting mentality was brought in, and it did not mesh with the progressive culture Capco had previously had. it drove many good people away.

Still has many quality people to work with, growing, good international presence, focus on Financial Services provides advantages. High quality clients.

Cons

Significant dilution of talent and focus after acquisition of many former Bearing Point personnel and sale/partnership with FIS. Significant politics due to Capco v Bearing Point management and executives.
