You mention that you signed your contract in 2021, however depending on your start date and subject to performance, any compensation increases would have taken place in line with our annual performance review cycle. We reward those who participate and go above and beyond, however the main focus of performance assessments is always on performance in an individual’s core role. The nature of consulting means that colleagues will sometimes spend time on the bench in between projects and we have a structured process for placing individuals in their next role and helping them to identify ways to undertake activities which add value to the business and build skills in the interim.
