Pros

Work-life balance overall is very good, people are generally friendly, leadership is fairly accessible/approachable, lots of different events, easy to get involved in different community-related activities

Cons

Compensation is not the most competitive, some project managers can be weak leaders in helping to manage clients when things become unreasonable, chartering your career to work on projects of a particular interest can be difficult when there's constant billability/utilization pressures

Some coworkers are nice, but not management

The company has been losing a lot of projects and clients, business outlook is bad, and it started to constantly lay off employees. Capco has no hope.
