Great Culture

Pros

The culture at Capco is great and leadership strives to make sure everyone feels included. Leadership is also very approachable, so if you want to get visibility with executives, it's easy to do so. Capco has affinity groups that host events. There is also a reasonable work-life balance, depending on the client.

Cons

Capco pays less than other consulting firms with comparable job functions/responsibilities.

Pros

They pay you on time, they let you take your PTO, and the people can be fun.

Cons

Roles at this firm at predominantly backfill based, or supplemental FTE's at client site. Guidance is minimal from management, almost as if everyone acknowledges the problems but no one willing to change them. Definitely a place where if you want to suck up you can make a career, but if you don't like the game and/or play by the rules you will not have a good time.
