Pros

-- Smart, hardworking people who are fun to work with, especially the "doers". So PC level and below. -- Company recognizes it is too male dominated, and has concrete goals for more women in management. Reports out on those. -- Company values diversity

Cons

-- Culture can be toxic from the top down. Many obnoxious male partners who are at a minimum condescending, micromanaging and passive aggressive. The really bad ones can be aggressive (nothing passive about it) and abusive. As in screaming and name-calling. No career ramifications, as long as they make lots of sales. -- Can be a sweat shop, even by consulting firm standards -- No career path, if you don't want to burn yourself out trying to be a partner -- Small and niche, so if financial services sneezes... Capco get pneumonia.
