Reward can take a number of different forms including a salary increase, bonus and/or promotion. When reviewing an individual’s overall compensation package, we take into account how this compares in the market, as well as the individual’s current pay band, to ensure a fair outcome. It is surprising that you would not have received a raise in three years given that we operate annual performance management and salary review cycles and two promotion cycles per year, but it’s difficult to comment further without knowing your individual circumstances.
