Pros
Good culture that emphasizes career growth and cooperation between developers within and across projects. Benefits package is rather generous.
Cons
Total salary is below market rate for developers, especially entry-level and mid-level developers. Being "on the bench" (not assigned to a client project) is rather stressful, as your performance is partially based on how much time out of the year you spend on a project. That is the nature of working at a consulting company though.
