Very stressful job and take time to learn

I feel Capco struggles to recognize talent among staff. Unless you actively promote yourself like a social media influencer, your work will go unnoticed. There are systems in place for generating promotions, but they are too focused on "networking" and not focused enough on merit. Others may disagree with this, but this is what I see.
