We are very disappointed to read your comments. Our leadership team cares deeply about our people, and we have a wide portfolio of clients and projects across the financial services sector. Individuals are encouraged to work with their Coach and Resourcing team to identify the right roles and projects based on their skills and career aspirations. We do not tolerate bullying in any form, and we have stringent policies and processes in place to mitigate against this. If anyone has any concerns in this regard, they are advised to speak with their HR Business Partner, a senior leader, or to report it through our independent reporting helpline.

Pros

Good people at the company, relaxed in terms of culture (especially considering FS consulting), good entry level into the Consulting world with decent compensation straight out of University

Cons

Short sighted hiring last year/two (over expansion) has crippled the company. High churn and not rewarding talent. Clique-y upper management. Performance review process is flawed and totally luck dependent.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoy many aspects of working at Capco, including working with your colleagues, the culture, compensation, and career opportunities. Contrary to your comments, Capco takes a responsible approach to hiring, taking into account business need and client demand, as well as market factors. Our goal is to enable all employees to reach their full potential, and this is supported in a multitude of ways including through our extensive learning curriculum, coaching, and internal events. Our performance review process is robust and takes into account feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure a fair and balanced process. This is supported by roundtables, promotion panels, and a calibration process to ensure everyone receives a fair assessment. There is limited hierarchy within the firm, with many of our Partners hot-desking alongside other colleagues, and we ensure that there are regular opportunities to connect with senior leaders in a variety of forums including at Town Halls, affinity group, and domain and capability events. We would encourage you to discuss your feedback with your Coach, a member of the ATP Leadership Team, or HR Business Partner.
