Barely Better than Unemployment

Pros

Free fruit and corporate AMEX that you don't ever have to pay. Work/life is awesome bc you don't do anything.

Cons

High turnover, body shop tactics and incompetent "management". If you're unemployed or facing unemployment soon, take an offer bc the work is a joke and you'll have plenty of time to search for better employment.

While we would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review, we are understandably very disappointed by your feedback. Our market competitive employment offering does indeed include fresh fruit and corporate credit cards, but there is so much more to us than this, particularly in key areas like career development and accelerated progression. We promote people on merit at Capco and we are very proud that good people can progress more quickly here than at our competitors. One of the main reasons people join and stay at Capco is that we pride ourselves on high levels of empowerment and real opportunities for our people to make a difference. As a newly independent company, these will only increase in the future. Our clients are all Tier 1 financial institutions and, because we help them manage the emerging trends in the sector like Brexit, Fintech and Digital, there is no shortage of challenging, interesting and rewarding work. We would very much like to address your specific concerns or give you some points for how you might meet your goals at Capco. Why don’t you reach out directly to Richard Gartside, Global HR Director or any one of our Partners, to discuss the opportunities on offer. We strongly encourage you to find an internal channel to share your views and ideas, we can give you a very strong commitment that you will be listened to, and can make a difference.

Pros

Good benefits and people are great.

Cons

No matter what happens on the surface, Capco at its core is still archaic in its culture. No amount of fun events or social initiatives can cover the heart of Capco, which is that its all about money and networking. Everyone is expendable at Capco.

Pros

Nice company culture and perks when quality employees are sticking around

Cons

Favoritism in promoting - once a person is on the track they are on the track, all else remain stagnant, high cyclical attrition annually, weak coaching mentorship
