Pros

Supportive and approachable team, especially in the Talent Acquisition function. Exposure to real-time recruitment processes like sourcing, scheduling, ATS (Greenhouse), and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Inclusive work environment with opportunities to contribute beyond intern responsibilities. Regular feedback from managers, helping me grow personally and professionally. Capco’s branding, structured processes, and emphasis on ownership made me feel like a valued contributor.

Cons

Some manual work in data entry could be automated for better efficiency. Would’ve appreciated more structured intern learning modules or shadowing sessions.

I had an amazing experience with this company! The customer service was top-notch, and the product exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality products and excellent service. Capco genuinely cares for employee growth both professionally and personally. The company has a great work environment with a well-knit workforce. I feel, more comfortable, more in control, and more supported than I ever have before.
