Pros

+Decent benefits +Almost everyone here is great to work with +Work from home +Diversity and inclusive culture

Cons

If you are being hired straight out of a coding bootcamp, ask specifically what project you will be on and what you will be doing. Capco loves to snap up bootcamp grads and they're sticking them on projects using no-code/low-code solutions (the ones I'm aware of are Unqork and Investcloud). Don't get stuck on one of these unless you want skill atrophy and having to be dependent on someone else for career movement.

Capco Response

Capco provides opportunities across a wide range of roles that offer skill development and career growth. We also offer project mobility for those employees who would like to explore a new area of interest or a different engagement. Every employee at Capco is provided with an internal coach who is here to help guide you and support you as you grow your career. If an employee does not feel that they are properly aligned, we encourage them to speak to their Coach and PM to find a resolution. It is our goal that everyone at Capco feel fulfilled in their work as well as supported.
