This company's greatest pro is its team. They all work together and I have never worked anywhere where they are a truly unified team. A lot of that is because of the inclusive culture of the company. It is a company that does good through philanthropic efforts and so you feel like you are contributing to more than just a project for the company but for a mission to do good. I also have a manager who listens to my creative ideas and lets me expand and try new things. Most managers have that same quality. They promote a culture of listening and learning. Best company I have worked for!

I worked at Cape Fox for a long time. The benefits are great because the President of Shared Services and the HR department who work hard to find the best benefits from stable companies. Cape Fox’s work environment is flexible which helps to maintain a good work/life balance. The employees are friendly and enjoy off-site team building.
