Pros

The pay is not bad for an admin position with a clearance. Benefits are not out of the hourly pay. They are in addition. The communication with my remote supervisor was easy. She and the company made it easy to work remotely while the office was closed down for COVID.

Cons

Pay could always be more competitive with other companies. The contract for my job got outbid and taken over by another company. Just hope the next company is as easy to work for/with.
