Capgemini YEP Lite Program, great initiative to improve skills of resources

Pros

YEP LITE Program is one of the best program to enabling their resource transition from an Individual contributor to an influencer role. This program was organized in association with Harvard Mgmt, and helped us in learning key factors: Decision Making , Team Building; Presentation Skill Capgemini is a great company to work with and support every employee build their skill level

Pros

Wide scope to work in different areas within same company, possibility of moving round the group although needs be done by individual.

Cons

Minimal investment in facilities and staff, don't always attract best staff, good staff tend to leave for better offers.
