      Cutting edge work Good salary Freshers have good opportunity to get accelerated learning in new technologies and rapid development methodologies Solid benefits Great if you like to travel since most will not live at client site

      Cons

      Be prepared to work a lot of hours. This is most definitely not a 40 hour work week Be comfortable with travel You may not stay working in the same technologies from project to project
