Low salary increase throughout years

Very low salaries with no options to increase it (promotion does not mean a salary increase for them). Constant budget freezes (no events, very strict in trainings that are given) They only care about your extracurricular activities you do outside your 40h work week. Doing very good work at a client is considered to be the baseline (and your managers at capgemini have no clue what you actually do at the client). Overtime does not necessarily get paid.
