Pros

- They handle the entire process of finding work proposals for you, and they take your location and work field into account - They reimburse your full commute costs - When you leave a project you still get paid, even if you spent significant time on the bench (i.e., not actively involved in a project)

Cons

Working with a VIE contract presents massive disadvantages: - Pay in 12 months instead of 14 - No benefits at all, except for commute costs paid for - No contribution to pension system, so no unemployment subsidy, meal allowance, etc With a normal work contract the conditions improve, but it's never as good as working internally at another company directly

Pros

- Good place to start your career, with lots of opportunities and projects to grow and learn. - Great team spirit, everyone is available to help - Access to several training platforms and help in any certification that you want - Very good work-life balance - If the project allows, you can work remotely

Cons

- Salary could be a lot better - Any process and request requires a lot of bureocracy, things could and should be done a lot quicker
