*professional environment *recognized company (referenced by clients) *interesting missions

Cons

*big company, making communication difficult *consultant salary not attractive *difficult managers *sometimes assurances are made by 'word of mouth' but not in written form ( you have a hard time thus to claim something promised to you by a manager/ HR..) *too many changes in the organization: I had 5 managers in a period of two years. It was tiring!

Flexible working hours, value to employee, follows ethics, transparent in communicaton, good culture with good amount of technical expertise in the domain.

Cons

Company policies keep on changing frequently, sometimes not in favor of employees. Works only in telecom software. Not expanding in other work areas.
