The best of Altran is the people!! All skilled employees that are willing to share their knowledge anytime. Altran has a strict policy when hiring, choosing skilled people and taking in to account the social skills. The friendly and very proffessional enviroment makes you do the best at all time!
Cons
There are allway improvements to make, as in organisationstructur and cooperation between business areas. The possibilities are endless to make cross country business but the company structur and how management is organized doesn't get the most out of this!
