Reasonably good pay. I regret not choosing a B2B contract for lower taxes. The interview process was very lax. I took the job out of necessity. The client acted as the main manager, and my interaction with Capgemini managers was limited to scheduling, holidays, feedback and more possible contracts. If money is good and are you willing to sacrifice the stability, go for it. Or if you cannot find other job.

I had a very positive experience working at this company as a software engineer. The organization provides a technically challenging environment with opportunities to work on real-world problems across system-level and application-level development.
