- Lots of time for yourself since the project management has no clue about work loads.

Cons

- Extremely low salaries. - Impossible to get your salary seriously raised once you are in the company. - You are just a number, a resource. They don't care about you.

Pros

Good environment depending on the project where you are. Staff are very kind but unorganized sometimes. Big clients which is good for acquiring a portfolio and experience

Cons

1 senior for each 5 juniors developers, juniors, and consultants are sold as Experts, so everything falls into the Senior of the team that must be architect, developer, and sometimes scrummaster. Is normal to jump from one project to another, never finish or accomplish anything, always acting like a firefighter trying to extinguish the fire of the projects. I was advanced in salary but an expert for several clients, but this never reflected on my salary, they give you a car, but when you give it back they will make you pay for every little scratch, even if in the contract they said that they will cover regular wear and tear, but in the end, this doesn't mean anything.
