Recently it started involving families of employees in different functions and activities.
Cons
Only one problem that I can see and this issue might be with other organizations as well that due to the age of the organization management layer is growing thicker, and most of the middle level core managers (managers who only do people management) create an environment of demotivations as they don't have to deliver much into their profile.
