meritocracy , support and networking from the group, autonomy in managing your own work and excellent work-life balance
Cons
a bit too focused on work governance of platforms, instead, doesn't consider much individual needs, if you wish to change mission you really need to push your upper management , they just care about minimizing consultants on the bench, the company doesnt really care about finding a good match. A little too much fakeness in governance
