Pros
1)The quaity of work is extremely good. If somebody wants to do fresh development and wants to understand telecom domain in depth than you can have multiple opportunities to realize your dreams. 2) Flexible working hours. 3)No dress code and a good transport system.
Cons
1) Politics. You need to be extremely careful in your communications. 2) Salaries and facilities have degraded overtime. 3)Point 2 has caused a steep decline in the quality of new fresh/lateral recruitments and hence spoiling team atmosphere.
