Good company to start, but the salary cannot cover the cost of living in Portugal.

Need to resctructure the salary and benefits according to cost of living. Do not accept any offer from them at hiring process, they add rules in the contract making you pay high fees if leave the company before 2 years.

Cons

The management should work more on their way of communication/ negotiation.
